Who We Are
Visionary Solutions Pakistan is based in Lahore to facilitate individuals at home and abroad, organizations and vulnerable Pakistanis faced with security risks and criminal cases.
Visionary Solutions Pakistan is a unique and exclusive professional consortium, which benefits from the experience and expertise of retired senior officers of the ranks of DIG Police, Brigadiers, SSP and SP. Our team possesses rich experience of corporate security, security risk assessment, investigations, collection of evidence and information, police matters, litigation, prosecutions, dispute resolution and working with diverse international institutions and organizations.
Strength of our team rests in the middle order experienced field staff drawn from police of the ranks of DSP, Inspectors and junior ranks. They operate under the direct supervision of senior management and legal practitioners. They have expertise of handling all types of investigations including criminal cases, fact finding, private and discreet inquires etc. They have decade’s long experience of handling police, legal cases, court matters and gathering of evidence.
We also offer well trained, verified and smart security staff for premises security and escorting in collaboration with our sister security companies which have well trained and properly equipped guards for close personal protection. We can also provide fleet of specialized bullet proof vehicles for protection during travel to sensitive and vulnerable areas.
Why Visionary Solutions Pakistan
The corporate sector organizations, private companies, international institutions, banks, individuals, Pakistanis living abroad and NGOs often lack resources, guidance and support to skillfully handle their issues related to security, court cases, management of disputes impacting business, various threats, company image or reputation and organizational standing etc.
After analyzing the crimes and its handling during the last decade, it was found that the percentage of conviction remained very low as compared to the percentage of cases which could not be traced during investigation. As per Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT), during the year 2023 the conviction rate was only 8.66%. Besides many other reasons the main cause of this low conviction rate was inconclusive professional investigations and its follow up. In the Province of Punjab alone the percentage of untraced cases during the year 2023 was 28.9%. The situation of prosecution in electricity and gas theft cases also portray very grim picture. This situation depicts wide vacuum, which if filled through professionally competent and timely advice can produce rewarding results.
Above scenario motivated the initiative for establishing a consortium of professionals which could intervene, advise and manage the issues faced by individuals and organizations. Therefore, ‘Visionary Solutions Pakistan’ has been formed, that benefits from its team of retired senior and middle order officers hailing from armed forces, police and intelligence. They have vast experience and expertise, averaging 35 to 40 years in criminal investigations, dispute resolution, litigation, prosecution and conduct of security risk assessments; acquired during their prestigious career in the respective services.
